Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live.

We work with the UPS / TapIn / 4PX / Canada Post to deliver items.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

All orders will ship within 2 - 3 business days of the time the order is received into our system excluding weekends and holidays.

Remote locations include postal codes that are difficult to serve.

Examples the following:

• Locations far from shipping hubs
• Locations rarely served by shippers

NOTE: 

Customers in remote addresses can only choose Standard Shipping. Allow an extra two to five days for delivery.
Some items can't be shipped to remote locations. The product details page provides information about delivery restrictions.

Business days: Monday~Friday (PST, exclude holidays).

Canceled Orders

Kindly notify our customer service to cancel orders before 07:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting contact@pawsitivityshop.com. Make sure to include the following information when requesting an order cancellation: Order number & Contact information.

We cannot cancel your order for you if the package is in transit. We recommend that you select Reject when you receive a delivery call for your package. In this way, after we receive the returned package, we will cancel your order within 1–2 working days.

YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS

We ship to PO BOX and overseas locations with USPS. Customers must complete a correct shipping address with APT#, SUITE#, UNIT#, SPACE#, BUILDING#, etc. for delivering your orders.

Please be advised to place an order as early as possible for national holidays shopping, wedding, prom, graduation, etc.

ORDER PROCESSING

All suits are handmade and take 3 - 4 days to make before dispatching. Shipping days are Monday through Friday, holiday orders will be processed on business days. No weekend delivery or shipping. All weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.
